The public pages and interactive exercises available at zunifaro.info do not require payment. There is no public subscription, booking fee or checkout charge to cancel or refund.

Cancellation & refunds.
The public site is free to use. These principles apply only if a separate paid coaching or mentoring service is offered and accepted in writing.
Public reading creates no charge.
Using the working brief, reading studio notes or submitting an enquiry does not create a paid order, subscription or coaching agreement.
No fee to ask a question
Sending an enquiry creates no fee and does not guarantee an engagement. You may ask to withdraw an unaccepted submission by contacting the studio with enough context to locate it.
Separate services require agreement
If paid coaching or mentoring is offered later, scope, price, session timing, delivery, cancellation timing and any refund terms will be given in writing before the service begins.
Request it early
A cancellation request should be made promptly. Eligibility can depend on sessions already completed, reserved time and non-recoverable costs described in the relevant written agreement.
Delivered time is allocated
Completed sessions or delivered agreed materials are generally not refundable unless the written agreement or mandatory consumer rights say otherwise.
Move a session when possible
A planned session may be moved when notice and availability allow. Rescheduling can use the same reserved appointment rather than creating a refund.
Report faults with context
If an agreed digital resource cannot be accessed because of a verified delivery fault, report the item, time and error so restoration or an appropriate alternative can be considered.
Include the written record
A request should identify the agreement, date, requested action and relevant timing. The written scope and mandatory rights will be reviewed before confirmation.
